Tom Rowley  Tom qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in London. He subsequently transferred to Sydney, Australia where he was a Director in Deloitte’s Growth Solutions division specialising in providing corporate finance, advisory and assurance services to middle market listed and private companies. Tom joined Zeus Capital in 2007, has extensive knowledge and experience of the AIM market and has been approved by the London Stock Exchange as a Qualified Executive. Tom is also a member of the Securities and Investment Institute and holds a diploma in corporate finance from the ICAEW. He has experience in advising on a broad range of transactions including company acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, fundraisings, restructures and flotations. Interests outside of the office include surfing, skiing and golf.
