Nick Cowles Nick joined Zeus Capital in January 2004. Nick is an associate of the Securities Institute and holds a B.A (Hons) degree in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool. He has advised on numerous public company and private equity transactions, with a focus on high profile takeovers including the takeovers of Sunderland Football Club, West Bromwich Albion Football Club, Inventive Leisure plc, Poole Investments plc, Parkdean Holidays Plc and the £110 million takeover of Industrial Control Services Group plc by Rockwell Automation Inc. Nick also has extensive knowledge and experience of the AIM market and has been approved by the London Stock Exchange as a Qualified Executive. He has advised companies in a wide variety of sectors and has advised on a number of AIM flotations including the admissions of Nanoco Group plc, All Points North plc and Vindon Healthcare plc to AIM. In addition, Nick has acted on various M&A transactions and completed a number of smaller company fundraisings. Nick enjoys playing and watching football, playing golf and running. He follows the mighty Tottenham Hotspur.
