Stuart is an experienced financial adviser with an established reputation for advising the boards of quoted and private companies. He has worked in the City for over 25 years holding senior executive and director positions at Cazenove & Co., Beeson Gregory Limited, Collins Stewart Limited and Seymour Pierce Limited.
Tim is an experienced corporate financier having worked previously at Robert Fleming & Co, N M Rothschild & Sons, Westhouse Securities and was most recently Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Northland Capital Partners. Tim has extensive experience in advising on IPOs, M&A, financing and company strategy
Dominic headed the Birmingham operations and was a main board member of Old Mutual Securities. Subsequently he was one of the founders of Arden Partners in 2002. Post the flotation of Arden he joined GIL Investments, the Private Equity vehicle of the late David Grove OBE before returning to Arden as Head of Corporate Broking until joining Zeus Capital in June 2013.
John has over 20 years experience working in corporate finance and advising AIM and Main Market companies. He has acted on numerous IPOs and AIM admissions, as well as takeovers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions. John previously worked at ZAI Corporate Finance, Seymour Pierce and the London Stock Exchange.
Before joining Zeus Capital as a Director of Corporate Finance, Dan was Group Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Finance (Manchester) at WH Ireland, an AIM quoted Corporate Broking and Private Wealth Management business. During his 7 years at WH Ireland, Dan specialised in all areas of corporate finance work, including AIM IPOs, fundraisings, and general M&A. Dan qualified as a solicitor with Christopher Bate Solicitors in 1999 and has worked with Clifford Chance, Stringer Saul (now Fasken Martineau) and, more recently Halliwells LLP as a senior corporate lawyer specialising in public company advisory. Dan is also a non-executive director of AIM quoted Ultrasis plc.
Dominic joined Zeus Capital in September 2013 from Nomura Code Securities where he was head of sales. Prior to that he worked at Arden Partners, Piper Jaffray and Nomura International. He was head of smaller company broking at Greig Middleton and became head of sales at Old Mutual Securities. He started his city career as a healthcare analyst at Kleinwort Benson.
Alex has 15 years’ experience in equity markets and has worked for a number of brokers as a specialist salesman in the small and mid-cap sectors. He has advised on all aspects of listed company market related activity and has raised significant equity finance across a wide range of sectors.
Tom has been active in cleantech for 15 years. He graduated from Oxford and has a PhD in Materials Engineering from Berkeley. In 2001 joined Ceres Power, where he was key to developing the core fuel-cell technology. he moved into the City as a clean-tech equity specialist. Tom has considerable expertise sourcing and assessing opportunities in the cleantech sector.
Andy is an experienced Equity Analyst and Fund Manager. After gaining a postgraduate degree in Finance he joined a leading Pan European Long Short Equity Hedge Fund. After six years investing in large cap European equities Andy went on to manage a small and mid cap Global Growth Fund. He joined Zeus Capital in May 2013 as an Equity Analyst covering Support Services and Special Situations.
Gary is an experienced Healthcare analyst with over 12 years’ experience at Nomura Code and KBC Peel Hunt. Prior to working as an analyst he worked as a post-doctoral fellow at the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research. His academic training includes an MBA from the University of Durham Business School and a PhD in Immunology from the Faculty of Medicine at Monash University (Australia) where he also obtained a BSc (Hons) in Immunology and Biochemistry.
John qualified as a solicitor in the London office of law firm Dewey & LeBoeuf where he specialised in M&A and Capital Markets before moving into corporate finance advice in 2010. He has advised on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and secondary placings across a variety of jurisdictions and sectors including metals & mining, oil & gas, insurance and industrials.
Benjamin has 18 years of investment banking experience across Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and M&A focussed on European growth companies. He has been involved in many of the technology IPOs in the London market over the last decade. Previously Managing Director of Jefferies ECM, preceded by 13 years at UBS and 3 years at Deloitte (ACA)
Nick has over 35 years experience as a Retailing analyst and is now a Retailing consultant. He is a former top-ranked analyst in the City who ran the No 1 Retail research team at Scrimgeour’s in the mid-1980s, before moving to Morgan Stanley and other firms (including Arden Partners), and has worked on many corporate deals and IPOs in the Retail sector during his career. He remains a well-known commentator on UK retailing, writes the widely respected “Daily Retailer” email note and is a founder member of the influential KPMG/Ipsos “Retail Think-Tank”. He has been the Retail Consultant to Zeus Capital since October 2013.
Darren has been in the City for over 25 years predominately in smaller company sales, raising money for both public and private companies. He has previously worked at Collins Stewart, Charterhouse, HSBC, BWD Securities and latterly Arbuthnot / Westhouse. Darren focusses on fund raising with family offices, high net worths and private equity houses.
