Established in 1989 and quoted on AIM in December 2003, COE’S focus has been to specialise in bringing innovative products to the surveillance market. COE products now feature in over 10,000 installations worldwide.
The Offer by Digital Barriers values COE at approximately £3.3 million.
Zeus act as Nominated Adviser and Broker to COE and were appointed under the Offer to represent the interests of the shareholders and advised the directors of COE on the Offer who recommended that COE shareholders accept the Offer.
